1. Enterenchment is when a law is made and it is in a fundamental belief of a society and can rarely ever be changed.
2. I choose to keep section 3 because everyone should have a chance to vote for the government that they want running there country.
I choose to keep section 6.1 because people get to visit the world.
I choose to keep section 6.2 because people should get to live where they want to.
I choose to keep section 8 because people need to have some privacy.
I choose to keep section 9 because you are innocent until proven guilty
I choose to keep section 10 because it gives people the right to have knowledge what they did and try to defend themselves.
I choose to keep section 12 because people do not have to be afraid to leave their house with out someone attacking them.
I choose to keep section 16.1 so that english people and french people both have a chance to talk in goverment.
I choose to keep section 17.1 because people should get to go with what is comfortable in a goverment stature.
I choose to keep section 27 to keep multicultural heritage in Canada.
3. The ones that I choose to keep are the ones that I think are the most important ones to have. If we did not have the charter of rights then there would be more crime and police wolud beat people up.
Kyle I challenge you to think about how people will react and what the specific negative and positive consequences of these actions will be on the citizens of Canada. Can changes like these be made easily, and if not what will the consequences be?
