1. The rule of law is that no one is immune to the law or above the law. It was created because we need to have order so that people don't just do whatever they want.
2.a) He thought that people should be treated in the way that if you do something bad to someone than you should have the same done to you.
b) He scared them or tryed to make them understand the orders. It would help them because it would bring order to the community and keep them safe.
3.a) Trial by Ordeal was when a person was accused of a crime they would have to be put through a test and if they survived the test then they were innocent but if they died then they were proofen guilty.If the accused died, they were often presumed to have gone to a suitable reward or punishment in the afterlife which was considered to make trial by ordeal fair. It was acceptable at the time because it is what the church said was right for there justice.It's not right because some people could have been tuffer then others and there injuries could have healed better then some other people. Trial by duel was a way of justice in the middel ages and was used to determine whether the accused was guilty.It was done by a duel between the accuser and the accused.Trial by duel was usually only used for murder cases or other capital crimes.This was not fair for the fighters because one of the fighters could have been well trained for the dual. It was appropriate for their time period because duals is what they used to see which person was guilty.

I have a picture of the president because he makes really big decisions and laws in United States. I have the Queen becase she used to make laws. I have the policemen because they enforce the law and the judge because she has to make decisions.

a park that does not allow vehicles in the it excepet for emergency vehicles. That rule is consistent but its not fair because the ambulance is considered a vehicle. yes good example!
